I joined Align as an Associate Process Technician as a part of the 3D Printing Process Team within their R&D department. As a technician, I supported the R&D initiatives related to the manufacturing of directly fabricated aligners and other orthodontic devices by printing, post processing, and observing/reporting the influence of parameters on the quality of printed parts. In addition to daily printing operations, I conducted material testing and assisted with dimensional metrology.

The Green Roof Team is a bootstrapped startup that specializes in renewable energy and machine learning. I joined GRT’s Product Team as a Composite Materials Intern on the Small HAWT Blade Kit project. The kit is designed for STEM education and demonstration purposes.

NASA Small Business Innovation Research / Space Technology Transfer Program
I joined NASA SBIR/STTR as a Service Design Intern for their program redesign and DEIA efforts. The program provides Small Businesses and Research Institutions with the opportunity to partner up and apply, with hopes of securing early stage funding for their technology, along with potential for commercialization and infusion into NASA missions. My internship was originally set to conclude on May 2022, but I was able to continue my Service Design work as a contractor through REI Systems!
REI Systems is an IT company (born from a NASA SBIR/STTR grant) that played an integral role in automating and modernizing NASA SBIR’s operations through AI, Machine Learning, and Human-Centered Design. They also generously sponsored my CSPO certification!
